The first Spark Women’s Leadership Conference was held in May of 2014 and was an amazing success.

Since that successful first event, the conference has grown in both scope and content, continuously building as each year passes.

The intent of the event has remained constant: Provide superior professional development opportunities for the women of northeast British Columbia; bring the conference to the region instead of traveling out of town for professional development; share in the success of the conference by paying it forward through charitable donations to our local Women’s Resource Centre.

Each year the conference has provided professional and personal development opportunities to over 275 women and due to the success of the event, attendees have traveled from as far away as Quebec to attend!

The committee is constantly working to improve and enhance the attendee experience. We were proud to bring you the very first Spark Women’s Leadership Conference in 2014 and we look forward to the continued success of future conferences.
